Grievance Procedure / Centre FeedbackThe procedure to deal with any concerns or grievances from parents who use the Centre should be as follows: 1. Concerns/Grievances should first be discussed with the Team Leader or Lead Educator in charge of your child's room. 2. If you are still concerned, the matter should be discussed with the Operations Manager who will follow it up appropriately within the Centre. 3. The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development is another avenue which parents may approach regarding concerns and/or grievances they may have with the Centre.
