6.5   INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Viewbank Early Childhood Centre name, logo and associated particulars are owned by the Licensee and are held under ‘Intellectual Property’ rights.  At NO stage, under any circumstances, may team members advertise, photograph, copy, print or post on social networks in name or logo, the Centre’s intellectual property, without prior written permission.
