7.1 LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE

Eamon Bourke - Proprietor

The Operations Manager is in charge of the day to day running of the centre each day, when absence the nominated supervisor or responsible person is responsible.

VBECC has 3 Team Leaders, they are responsible for the smooth running of their area. The Lead educator for each room is responsible for the programing and is assisted by the Lead Educator Assistant.
