6.1   MEDIA / PUBLIC RELATIONS

All queries from the media or any other organisation regarding the official position of Viewbank Early Childhood Centre on any matter should be referred to the Director.

6.2   MAIL

All internal and external mail including parcel post, overseas mail and parent mail should be forwarded via reception.
