Sign in/out book

Educators should ensure that all parents are aware of their responsibility for signing their child in and out each day. Any variation to normal pick up or collection arrangements must be written in the book.

Educators should ensure all children are signed-in by their parents, and sign for any present children that have not been signed in.  No child may be released to any person other than the persons designated in the child’s enrolment form to collect the child. Educators must be aware of their responsibility in ensuring this requirement is fulfilled. Any custody agreements or orders should be made clear to all educators involved with the child and in the opening and closing of the centre. This policy must be strictly adhered to at ALL times.
