The Child Care Subsidy is a government initiative to help families reduce their out-of-pocket childcare expenses. The initiative is designed to enable families to access affordable, flexible and high-quality childcare.

The Child Care Subsidy is a government initiative to help families reduce their out-of-pocket childcare expenses. The initiative is designed to enable families to access affordable, flexible and high-quality childcare.
The Government reduces the amount you may pay for your childcare, to increase the level of care your child can receive. Families must meet a number of requirements to qualify for the CCS.
You can use the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Calculator on the Services Australia website to get an estimate of your out-of-pocket childcare costs. The calculator provides an indication based on your family income, activity levels, and the type of care you choose.

The 3 Day Guarantee is a new change to the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). From January 5, 2026, all CCS-eligible families are guaranteed at least 3 days of subsidised childcare per week or 72 hours per fortnight, regardless of their work, study, or volunteering status.

Our Orientation Sessions are a great opportunity for families to begin their journey with us in a warm, welcoming environment. These sessions are designed to help you and your child feel comfortable, confident, and connected from the very start.
Building strong relationships with our educators is an important part of your child’s transition into care. When educators take the time to get to know you and your child such as your routines, interests, strengths, and any concerns, they are better able to create a nurturing environment that supports your child’s individual needs. Orientation gives you the chance to learn more about our amazing educators, their teaching philosophies, and the care they provide each day.
We believe that trust and open communication form the foundation of a positive early learning experience. By building meaningful connections early on, we ensure that you feel reassured and comfortable when it’s time to say goodbye, knowing your child is in caring, capable hands.

Our fees are charged at $158 per day before the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is applied. Payments are processed either weekly or fortnightly, depending on your preferred arrangement and are paid via direct debit.

We are proud to support our community by offering a Defence Force Discount for eligible families. In addition, families whose children attend full-time may be eligible for a discounted daily rate.
In addition, we offer a 50% holiday discount, dependent on your child’s booked days, to assist families during periods of leave.
